New Spells: Glue & Magnetic Coupling

Today's preview features two new spells designed to bind your enemies -- either binding them to the ground or to each other. These spells come from the upcoming and final D&D Unleashed compendium, Legends of Prestige & Prowess, which will offer all kinds of generic and foundational Dungeons and Dragons homebrew content like this that doesn't quite fit into the other two compendiums.
The first spell, glue, is designed to be the counterpart to the classic grease spell. Glue is identical to grease in most ways, except instead of knocking creatures prone on a failed Dexterity saving throw, it reduces their movement to 0 on a failed Strength saving throw. Glue is the more useful of the two when working alongside ranged attackers who want to keep enemies at a distance but don't want to deal with prone targets imposing disadvantage on ranged attacks. In addition, glue and grease dispel each other, allowing either spell to be used as a direct counter to the other.
The second spell we’re previewing, magnetic coupling, is more complex. This spell binds two targets together with magnetic force, causing them to be pulled toward each other with potentially deadly momentum. This unique spell will pull the targets together even if only one of them fails the saving throw. When combined with other effects that can push the targets back apart from each other, magnetic coupling can deal repeated high damage and lock down two enemies at once. Combined with the battlefield control it offers, this spell can change an entire fight by itself.
